As an Assistant Manager, Shariah Review, you will be responsible for conducting thorough Shariah reviews of financial products and transactions to ensure they align with Islamic principles. You will work closely with our team of Shariah experts and other departments to provide guidance and support. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Shariah and finance, seeking to make a meaningful impact in the Islamic banking sector.

In this role, you will use tools such as Shariah Review Management System (SRMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other specialized software to streamline your workflow. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Shariah, Islamic Finance, or a related field, along with several years of experience in Shariah review and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive Shariah reviews of financial products and transactions to ensure compliance with Islamic principles.
• Develop and maintain Shariah policies and procedures in line with international Shariah standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the Shariah team and other departments on Shariah-related matters.
• Monitor and report on Shariah compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Shariah and Islamic finance regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address Shariah-related concerns.
• Assist in the training and development of Shariah staff.
• Participate in Shariah advisory committees and working groups.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Degree in Shariah, Islamic Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shariah review and compliance.
• Familiarity with Shariah Review Management System (SRMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and Shariah laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Shariah compliance.
