📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
