🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on business or technical translation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other major language (e.g., Mandarin, French, German, Japanese, or Korean).
• Certification in translation and interpretation, such as the Certified Translator (CT) or Certified Interpreter (CI) credential.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with translation and interpretation software, such as Trados, memoQ, or SDL Trados Studio.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
