📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations of assigned stores, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
