📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
