As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other financial activities.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.,Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and records.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.,Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
