📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
