Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Manage and mentor a team of professionals,Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the company in various meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of company operations and industry trends,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with HR management and best practices
