📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.,Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees meet organizational goals.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.,Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with performance management and employee development best practices.,Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
