📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high productivity and performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.,Identify and address team issues and conflicts.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management software and tools.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
