📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical documents.,Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in developing training materials and tutorials.,Provide feedback on product design and usability based on documentation needs.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Knowledge of our industry and products is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian is a plus.
