📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive branch growth and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized and professional service.
• Monitor financial performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifinance operations, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including microfinance, SME financing, and consumer loans.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
