📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Fabricate high-quality crowns, veneers, and implants using advanced materials and tools such as CAD/CAM systems and dental milling machines.
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure prosthetics meet patient-specific requirements and dental standards.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all prosthetics are free from defects and meet industry standards.
• Maintain and calibrate dental equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the dental lab, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Provide technical support to the dental team as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in dental technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental laboratory work, preferably in crown and bridge fabrication.
• Proficient in using CAD/CAM systems and dental milling machines.
• Strong understanding of dental materials and their properties.
• Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (CDLTech) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and precision.
