📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.,Manage and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development projects.,Monitor and report on business development KPIs and metrics.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.,Support the Business Development Manager in achieving departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in business development and sales.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
