📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment for daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
