Whether it’s assisting customers in-store or supporting our online sales via WhatsApp and Instagram, your role is crucial in growing Montigo’s presence in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions using Shopify POS and Square, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and restocking to maintain optimal store displays.
• Support online sales by handling inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram, providing timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets, driving store performance.
• Promote Montigo’s products through in-store displays, social media engagement, and customer recommendations.
• Adhere to Montigo’s brand standards and retail policies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest trends and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with Shopify POS and Square is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with Montigo’s brand and products is a strong advantage.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
