📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Create and maintain a well-stocked bar, ensuring all drinks are prepared and served according to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Train and develop bartenders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of bartenders.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail and bar service techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
