Up Urban Lestari is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
