Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
