📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to various retail outlets and customers.,Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
