📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project integrity.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license in the relevant field.,Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Sulawesi Selatan.
