📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategies to grow and expand our network of financial institution partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank executives, product managers, and sales teams.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Stripe's technology with our partners' systems.,Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.,Measure and report on the success of our partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, payments, and fintech.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial institution partnerships and the payments landscape is a plus.
