📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency,Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products,Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines,Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry,Knowledge of baking techniques and processes,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
