📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales data and maintain accurate records.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction.,Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
