📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and cashier area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.,Stock merchandise and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds.
