📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of laboratory medical equipment and related products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
