📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including parents, schools, and educational institutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless student recruitment.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the college.,Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.,Strong understanding of the education market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
