📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage industrial engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and production issues.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior industrial engineering staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering.,Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing industrial engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.,Ability to travel occasionally for project requirements.
