Coherent is seeking a highly experienced Senior Team Lead, HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and driving employee engagement and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a proven track record of successful HR projects, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals.,Drive employee engagement and development through training, mentoring, and performance management.,Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Represent Coherent at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on compliance and employee relations.,Proven experience in managing HRIS and ensuring data accuracy.,Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
