As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
