📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver AI training workshops for business leaders, focusing on practical applications and real-world case studies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and refine AI training materials and programs.
• Work with the marketing team to promote AI training programs and attract potential clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to understand the training requirements of our clients and tailor programs accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in program management, training and development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, with experience in designing and delivering AI training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in using AI training tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with marketing and promotional activities, including the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor training programs.
