As a Front Office & Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless.

In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also operate our Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and ensure accurate financial transactions. Daily, you will interact with a diverse range of guests, from local tourists to international visitors, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our proprietary POS system.
• Handle reservations and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
• Process payments accurately and securely using our POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere within the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or cashier role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, preferably those used in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Balinese culture and customs is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
