As a Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager at Erela, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Identify and analyze inefficiencies and process bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement Lean and Kaizen improvement plans.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Monitor and track the progress of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize tools such as Minitab, Six Sigma, and Kaizen event management software.
• Report on the impact of improvement initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
