📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive HR development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring high engagement and participation.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and incorporate new strategies into our development programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
