📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage medical transport schedules, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Use Google Maps and other navigation tools to optimize transport routes and reduce travel time.
• Maintain and update transport records using Excel and SAP.
• Conduct regular safety checks on transport vehicles to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with drivers, hospitals, and clinics to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on transport performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest medical transport regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and transport coordination, preferably in the medical logistics industry.
• Proven experience with Google Maps, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of medical transport regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and experience with driving in Bali's traffic conditions.
