Material Controller - Data Center Construction Project

In this role, you'll spend your days analyzing material usage, forecasting future needs, and ensuring that our inventory levels are always optimal. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate material inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Analyze material usage patterns to forecast future needs
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure materials are delivered on time and in the right quantities
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Prepare and present regular reports on material usage and inventory levels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material control or inventory management, preferably in the construction or data center sector
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian procurement and supply chain regulations
• Familiarity with data center construction projects is a plus
• Must be able to work in Tangerang, Banten
