• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international financial regulations
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors to facilitate smooth business operations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings
• Provide financial support to project teams, helping to manage project budgets
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax and financial regulations is a plus
